Booking Amount Policy
- A booking amount is collected to reserve a specific property/unit/plot for a limited time.
- Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment and availability of the property.
- The booking amount does not constitute full ownership or legal transfer of the property.
Cancellation by Customer
1. Cancellation Before Agreement Execution
- If the buyer cancels the booking before signing any formal agreement, a refund may be processed after deducting:
- Administrative charges
- Processing fees
- The refundable amount (if applicable) will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellation After Agreement Execution
- Once the Agreement to Sale / Allotment Letter is signed:
- The booking amount may become partially or fully non-refundable, depending on project terms.
- Any refund will be subject to deductions as per the signed agreement.
Non-Refundable Situations
The booking amount may be non-refundable in the following cases:
- Delay or failure to complete payment as per agreed schedule
- Change of mind after property allotment
- Providing incorrect or incomplete information
- Violation of agreed terms and conditions
Cancellation by Company
Shri Krishna Group reserves the right to cancel any booking in the following cases:
- Property is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
- Legal or regulatory issues affecting the project
- Payment not received within the stipulated time
👉 In such cases, a full refund of the booking amount will be processed without unnecessary delay.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–30 working days
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or bank transfer
- Delays may occur due to banking or verification procedures
Payment Terms
- All payments must be made through authorized payment channels only
- Cash payments (if any) must be properly acknowledged with receipts
- Buyers must retain payment proof for future reference
Legal & Compliance Clause
- All refund and cancellation terms are subject to:
- Applicable laws and regulations in India
- Project-specific agreements and documentation
- In case of any dispute, the decision shall be governed by the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
